True to the Zulu greeting that defines our namesake, we at Sikhona Rescue Centre ask you to join us in "seeing" (SAWUBONA) the value of each member of our community. We ask you to "see" the injustices perpetrated in Kitengela - to not look away - but to leverage your privilege toward dismantling the systems enabling such injustice.

Taking a radically environmental approach to financial sustainability, we at Sikhona Rescue Centre are fundraising to transform our land into an organic farm and teaching facility! We need your help raising capital in order to educate our residents and our community on entrepreneurship and climate responsibility.
